  • Tracy, RDH

We are happy to announce that Tracy has been with us for 20 years now!

She has a contagious laugh. She can often be heard singing along with the radio in the office, smiling and cracking jokes with patients. Her rapport with her patients is remarkable and although she began her career in dentistry as an assistant (which she did for 16 years), she continued her education to become a hygienist in 2004. As a hygienist, her ultimate goal is to make sure her patients  understand their oral health. In addition to educating patients and laughing along with the team, Tracy stays busy with her wonderful children, snowmobiling, and making memories with friends.

  • Barbara, RDH

Barbara earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Rhode Island in 1975 and spent more than 30 years working in a periodontal practice in Laconia. She is passionate about helping patients understand the important connection between oral health and overall well-being.

After moving to Meredith in 1985, Barbara fell in love with the Lakes Region and its endless opportunities for adventure. She is the proud mother of two children: Courtney, a speech-language pathologist in Manchester, and Robbie, an engineer and avid skier living in Utah.

Barbara has hiked all 48 of New Hampshire’s 4,000-foot peaks and enjoys skiing, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her partner. Together, their adventures have taken them from Alaska and Africa to Australia and New Zealand!

Barbara is grateful to work alongside a wonderful, supportive team while continuing to do what she loves, helping patients pursue a lifetime of good health.

  • Maddi

Maddi grew up in Gilford and took a year off after high school before deciding to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She worked as a server at the Village Kitchen in Moultonborough from the age of 15 until 2023, where she developed her strong work ethic and love for connecting with people. Maddi graduated from NHTI in Concord in 2021, navigating her education during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Passionate about the connection between oral health and overall well-being, Maddi loves educating patients on the often-overlooked role oral care plays in their health. Sharing this knowledge and making a difference in her patients' lives is what drives her in her role as a hygienist.

In her free time, Maddi enjoys staying active, trying out new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family, friends, her dog, and her two kitties. Her warm personality and dedication to her work make her a valuable part of our team.

Shannon began her dental career as a dental assistant, where she quickly discovered a passion for dentistry that inspired her to continue her education and become a Registered Dental Hygienist. While serving as Class President in hygiene school, she developed an even deeper appreciation for learning, leadership, and staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and standards of care.

One of the things that makes Shannon such a unique part of our team is her versatility. She genuinely enjoys being able to step in wherever she is needed and support both our patients and her teammates.Shannon is especially passionate about creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient. She has a special place in her heart for patients with dental anxiety and little ones who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist. Outside the office, Shannon can often be found with her “other half,” Maddi, who just happens to work in the operatory next door!
