A jack-of-all-trades, Lisa joined the team way back in 1998! Whether she is explaining your insurance, assisting in oral surgery, or helping you schedule an appointment, she is ready to help out anywhere she may be needed. Her specialty in our office is definitely advocating for you, the patient. She understands insurance and financing and strives to fit each patient's treatment into their lifestyle.

Lisa grew up in Rockland, Maine and graduated from Westbrook College (now University of New England) with a degree in retail management. She then attended NHTI and earned her degree in Health Science in 1998.

Lisa now lives in Gilford with her husband and their two teenagers!

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Bridget joined the Interlakes team in March of 2022. With her willingness to help anywhere, she is excited to learn everything she can about the dental world! 

She exceled at the Doctor Scheduling Coordinator role here at the office and as of October 2023 she has taken over the Treatment Coordinator position. Bridget lives in Concord, NH with her husband, two kids and many fur babies. 

When she’s not at the office, you can find Bridget enjoying multiple sports with her family, landscaping, and cooking. 

Kristin grew up in New England and has called the beautiful Lakes Region home since 2001. As a dedicated dental billing professional, she takes pride in being organized, dependable, and a supportive member of the team. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail help ensure that both patients and teammates receive the care and assistance they need.

Outside the office, Kristin enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating special memories, relaxing at the beach, and making time for the people and activities that bring her happiness.

Melinda joined the Dovetail team (Dr. Cariello's Southern office) in the autumn of 2015. She was asked to join the Interlakes family 18 months later and she couldn’t be happier! Her eagerness to learn, problem solving abilities, and a love for positive team interactions has made Interlakes Dental the perfect place to be. She enjoys being part of a team that serves to integrate dental health into patients' daily lives, and takes pride in her ability to facilitate a seamless experience for everyone here at the office. After 6 years as Interlakes' Team Leader, she has moved into a role that helps facilitate office compliance and development. 

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Ashton brings her friendly energy and love for people into every interaction. As our Appointment Coordinator, she truly shines in the world of customer service — greeting each patient with warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to make their experience exceptional.

When she’s not helping patients feel right at home, you’ll likely find Ashton enjoying the great outdoors with her dog, Pavlov. Whether she’s snowmobiling through fresh powder or simply soaking up the natural beauty of the Granite State, Ashton loves every moment spent outside. Her positivity, organization, and caring nature make her an invaluable part of our team and a joy for every patient to meet.

Liz brings a wealth of experience and a passion for learning, having spent eight years as a special education paraprofessional. Her love for meeting new people and continuous growth makes her a perfect fit for our practice.

Liz is excited to dive into the world of dental care and insurance, eager to expand her knowledge and contribute to our team’s success. Her enthusiasm and dedication shine through, and we know she’ll be an incredible resource for both our patients and staff.

When Liz isn’t helping patients navigate their insurance needs, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two pups, Duke and Tucker. Whether it’s soaking up the sun at the ocean, enjoying a good book and iced coffee by the pool, or simply relaxing at home, Liz values the little moments with her family.

Her two children, Jennifer  and Joshua, are the center of her world. Jennifer shines on the varsity volleyball team, and Joshua stays busy with his love for golf. Liz treasures time with her husband and kids, cherishing every moment together as it flies by too quickly.

Dawn brings creativity and calm to everything she does—both in and out of the office. When she’s not keeping our hygiene schedule running smoothly, you can often find her kayaking on one of the many beautiful lakes in the area or spending peaceful moments walking through the woods.

An artist at heart, Dawn even built her own studio where she loves sculpting, painting, and creating stunning stained glass windows. At home, she’s surrounded by her four beloved pets- Corgis Goose and Oliver, and cats Matteo and Coal, who keep life joyful and full of personality.

A true lover of good food and good company, Dawn never turns down a delicious Mexican or Italian meal. We’re so grateful to have her warmth, creativity, and positive spirit on our team
